Doubt with the calculation of EMA-s

If I load a 1-day chart (50-day history) with an average of 43,200 periods, what EMA value does NinjaTrader show me on the chart if it doesn't have 43,200 daily bars? How can it possibly draw the EMA? Shouldn't there be at least 43,200 daily bars?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi BIOK.NT,

Based on the EMA formula, we notice that calculating the EMA does not require a specific number of bars.

In other words, the EMA value is always calculated immediately, without needing to wait for the number of candles specified in the Period parameter.

      Hello BIOK.NT,

      William is correct.

If there are less bars than the Period, the available bars will be used for the calculation.
