Is there a way, using SharpDx or any another way, to get the RGB color attributes from a pixel in the render target ?

I am not aware of any NinjaScript-based method for that. There may be a way in the general SharpDX API, however, I would not be aware of what that may be. For this type of question, you may need to do research in external resources to see if any other users of SharpDX have done something similar that could be adapted.
