HACOLT indicator

Hi,

do you know where i can find the indicator HACOLT (Heikin-Ashi Candles Oscillator Long Term) discussed on the Stock & Commodities of July 2012 in the article named "Long-Term Trading Using Exchange Traded Funds" by Sylvain Vervoot ?

Caution, i am not talking about the HACO discussed on the S&C of December 2008, i have it on NT8.

I use for trading the HACOLT indicator on NT 7 and i try to switch to NT 8 but cannot find it...
