Get Charts Highest & Lowest Price

I know you can get the charts first and last bars with fromindex and toindex, but how do you get the highest price double and lowest price double visible on the chart? I want to only render levels from my dictionary that are within the visual range and not above or below the chart.

I try to avoid looping when necessary,
but found <chartScale>.MaxValue
<chartScale>.MinValue

Does the trick for me.
