Drawing Horizontal Lines from specific time periods (overnight)

Hello,
Instead of doing this manually each day (see image) , is there a way to automate drawing a horizontal line from the high of a time period from 9pm - 3am? And do likewise with the low?

I can get it to work from midnight to 3 am, but am not sure how to get it to start from 9pm since it is a different day.

Thank you for your post.

We have an existing sample script which demonstrates obtaining the highest high and lowest low from a specified time period.

This script will plot the values on the chart, however you can edit it to instead draw a horizontal line on the highest high or lowest low value.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I am able to make that work but only from a time period from the same day. For example: midnight - 3am. How would you get this to work when one needs to consider a start time from a prior day? Such as 9pm - 3 am?
