Is there any way to connect ninjatrader to tradingview to access a private indicator?

No, it is not supported to connect TradingView to NinjaTrader.
You could find connect guides for supported connectivity providers at the NinjaTrader article linked below.
There is an open feature request to be able to connect TradingView via the email interface similar to TradeStation. I will add your vote to this request (SFT-2384).

Yes, it is possible. CrossTrade recently joined the NT Ecosystem. It's now possible to execute orders on NinjaTrader from TradingView using whichever indicator or chart you want using TV webhook alerts. All you have to do is run the XT app on your system alongside Ninja and you're good to go.
