How Can I set "IsGlobalDrawingTool" to true or false?

The items I had mentioned previously would be the only supported ways to draw an object as global. You either need to use the user interface and set the object to global or save a template that has global set and use that template. From NinjaScript the other options are to use the Draw methods that use IsGlobal but that can only be done from an indicator or strategy.
