good evening!
is there an indicator out there where i can use the 9 and 20 EMA and have a green color fill the gap when the 9 crossed above the 20, and a red when the 9 crosses un the 20?

I am not aware of an existing indicator that does this.

It is possible to code something like this using NinjaScript if you are interested in creating this yourself. We have an example script that demonstrates coloring a region between two Bollingers:
