    Indicators dialog requests

Two things about the Indicators dialog keep annoying me

    1) Please remember the last location I had for it. I position it out of my way. The next time I bring it up it is back in the middle of my chart. It should, at least optionally, come back up at my last location.

    2) Make it modeless, or at least provide an option so that those who want can have it modeless. It would be nice to be able to apply a setting and then scroll the chart to see how that setting has performed over time. That would make it much easier to tune your settings. As is, you have to take the dialog down, scroll the chart, and then bring the dialog back up. Clumsy!

Another use case for a modeless dialog is that there are times when it would be nice to be able to see the dialog while working on relevant source code. As is, no can do. Clumsy!

I know these two suggestions are not earthshaking, but they would make the system nicer to work with.

As with all feature requests, interest is tracked before implementation is considered
Since feature requests are treated as a popularity contest, what is the best way for us to keep track of feature requests so that we can up-vote ones we want but may not have been aware of the request?

By the way, just out of curiosity, how does the popularity mechanism avoid falling into the low-priority becoming no-priority trap?
