    Click sensitivty on drawing objects

    Good morning,

I built a simple drawing tool that plots horizontal lines (basically a grid) on the chart. Works fine. The only issue is, if you click on the chart, even if missing the lines by a long, long way, NT often thinks you have clicked on the drawing object and will select/move it, when really, you want to click on the underlying chart and pan it, etc. I am sure I saw once a way to adjust the proximity to the line etc. you could set to adjust the selection sensitivity, but I am damned if I can find it now!

Could you please point me in the right direction to improve this?

    Thanks.

    Hello pjsmith,

It is possible to override the GetCursor() method in a custom drawing tool script to adjust the distance for clicking to select an anchor.
