correct Formatting for Description text boxes

    Hello everyone,
I am currently trying to find out the correct formatting for texts within the code so that these description texts are displayed correctly within NT in the Quick Tip windows.
Is there a general guide on how NT formats these texts internally?
For example, the attached picture shows how two identical lines are displayed differently.

Are there some Guidelines, like how many characters until the auto line break, space of Tabs that are used and so on.
    Thank you very much

    Hello Sebastian,

Unfortunately, there aren't any guidelines as the description was only intended to be shown as unformatted blocks of text.

This thread will remain open for any community members that would like to provide experience.

Maybe it will be a good idea to start that kind of Guidelines for the dev´s ;-)

Do you have an idea why the formatting is different?

        Hello Sebastian,

I would recommend removing all of the tabs and showing the description as a block of text on one line as it's intended purpose.

I'm not sure why the formatting is different and may be related to characters on each line. It may be necessary to do so testing for further understanding.

          Hi Chelsea,

I tried different things out. It doesn't depend on the number of characters, because NT uses Arial, that is a non-monospaced font. If I am guessing right, NT inserts a line break, when the maximum width of the window is exceeded.
Is there a way that you can check with your devs, what this max width in pixels or whatever is?

And another Point: what Font at what size is used within these tool tip boxes?
          Thank you!

            Hello Sebastian,

I'll send a message to our development to see if they can provide any further information.

If I receive any information back, I'll post in this thread.

              Hello Sebastian,

Our development would like you to confirm that the whitespace in both lines uses exactly the same placement of tabs+spaces.
