Point & Figure Chart Type Unit of Measure

Hi there!

I need to perform some critical checks on the Point & Figures Chart Type parameters. I need to know more precisely what unit of measurement the Box Size parameter refers to in the configuration of Point & Figure bars. Is it ticks or points? What role does the Base period type play? Lastly, is the Reversal parameter in the same unit of measurement as the Box size?

You can find the base bar type (BaseBarsPeriodType) and interval (BaseBarsPeriodValue) from the BarsPeriod object.

The base bar type controls when a new bar will form. For example a 1 minute base bar type will make a new bar each minute.

The box size is how many ticks of movement must occur before a new X or O is stacked on the bar.

The reversal is how many ticks the price must travel in the opposite direction change from Xs to Os or vice versa.
