Hello, I downloaded this indicator from a company a while ago.It refuses to save in a template, or more importantly, a workspace. Anyone can help ?

This typically means mistakes in the code of the script.
This is a closed source assembly dll so you will not be able to view the code or make changes to fix the script.
I highly recommend you report the issue to the vendor or author that has distributed this software so they can correct the script.
