Double value as key in arrayList

Yes I removed my post with the test of ApproxCompare(), I felt that there was something else going wrong, but since I didn't have the full code snippet, I couldn't tell when the Dictionary was being created, and I wondered if the dictionary was being replaced / overwritten, and the key that used to be there was now missing. and then I got distracted by something else . anyway glad that helped point the way...
