    How do I remove an Enum from an indicator

    I have an indicator that was using an Enum. I no longer need the Enum so would like to get rid of it in the code.

    But when I do, I get an error because it is contained in the

    "#region NinjaScript generated code. Neither change nor remove."

    area.

    Is there an easy way to delete the Enum without copying all the code in inserting it into a new indicator?

    HTML Code:
    public enum FVGType
    {
        FVG,
        IFVG
    }

    I tried just deleting the code but got the error

    #2
    Hello cre8able,

    Thanks for your notes.

    You would need to remove any code related to the enum from the script to remove the enum.

    This reference sample demonstrates the code used to add an enum to a NinjaScript: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...ned_parame.htm

    You could study the reference sample linked above to see what code is required to add an enum to a NinjaScript, then remove the enum code from your indicator.

    If you are still seeing an error message after studying the reference sample and trying to remove the code, please send us a screenshot of the error message so we may see exactly what it states.
