How control settings in Agile.Net when exporting?

Thank you for your post.
My understanding, as mentioned by my colleague in the post linked below, is that the NinjaTrader platform has pre-configured settings used for Agile.NET. This means that the settings may not be controlled and no other action is required after adding your license in Agile.NET:
Hello, I have purchased Agile.net and have it loaded on my computer. Is there anyone who can explain how to use it to obfuscate my indicators? I've read the quick start and it seems I can't load any indicators into the module. Do I even need to or do I just select the "Agile.net" option when exporting? I'm a complete
The following is mentioned in the help guide:
"Once installed, please run the Agile.NET standalone product once to input in the license information you should have received when you downloaded it. After that, when you use NinjaTrader's Export NinjaScript utility and select the "Protect compiled assemblies" option for export, it will automatically protect your NinjaScript assembly with Agile.NET."
After installing Agile.Net and adding your license, everything else is automatically protected when you enable the protection of compiled assemblies in your export settings. You will also need to keep the following considerations for compiled assemblies in mind when exporting a script as a protected assembly:
