Find the clicked candle and more

Good morning
My general idea is to draw lines from the candle that I click and to intercept the intersection of the price with this line at an indeterminate time horizon.

With this I must be able to retrieve the coordinates of the clicked point but how can I obtain information on the clicked candle or the closest one? And in general how to get the coordinates of a high or close or any point of a candle?

One last question: Can we work with the NT8 chart as with the visual studio chart component?

Unfortunately, the inner core code of NinjaTrader cannot be viewed in VisualStudio. This includes all of the existing windows and logic behind them.

You can modify the WPF of a chart from a NinjaScript, below is a link to the SampleWPFModifications reference sample in the help guide.

I think the chart should have a list of candle objects with their x,y coordinates in pixels, no?
If so, how can I access it?

There is not a collection of x,y coordinates.
You can convert an x or y value to a bar number or price or vice versa.

If you have the time of the bar, use Bars.GetBar() to retreive the bar number.

If you are asking if you can edit a .cs file in Visual Studio, yes you can. (You will not be able to build or run from visual studio)
Click the VisualStudio button on the toolbar of the NinjaScript Editor.
