Hello ganeshinbarajan,
You can make a copy of the RSI by opening it in the NinjaScript editor and then Right click -> Save as.
After making a new file you can use AddLine to add stationary lines to the chart.

Draw.Region can be used to fill areas between plots
After making that change you need to press F5 to compile.
