I am not aware of any existing indicators called 'Polynom' or 'Polynomial Regression Derivatives' for NinjaTrader 8.

Further, we do not have a formula available for developing this indicator. You would need to do some research to find a formula for 'Polynom' and 'Polynomial Regression Derivatives' that suits your needs.

A quick Google search could be done for something like 'Polynom indicator formula' or 'Polynomial Regression Derivatives indicator formula' to research this topic.
