Load Chart with number of bars over specified date AND time range
For example, if tonight, I want to load a set of 5 second bars covering from 7am to 10am from today's (or any date's) trading (2160 bars), could that be done? I want to minimize the number of bars loaded to only those needed in order to speed up chart re-draw time. If it's possible, how would I do that? thx!!Tags: None

Hello c2injacator,
You can specify a number of barrs in the data series window and that would load only that number of bars. You can change the load data based on to bars to load. https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...taSeriesWindow
If you wanted to only show specific hours that would require creating a trading hours template with those hours.

When setting up a Trading Hours Template, what does checking EOD do? If I have several Trading Hours Templates for a single day, where the end of one overlaps the start of the next, does checking EOD affect anything? What if I check EOD for all templates for a given day vs just the last template of the day? What would checking EOD for all of them do?

Hello c2injacator,
A trading hour template can only have one end of day per day, you can read about the properties in that window here:
