Adjustments to Chart Trader

Hello,

I have been emailing a alot of the Ninjatrader 3rd party programmers but only 2 out of about 10 have answered any none of them can provide the service I need.

I need an upgraded Chart Trader with a few new buttons and being able to put limit orders instead of using Basic entry and a few more things.

Anyone have any company to recommend?

Edit: I have absolutely zero interest to get "license" to such an add-on. I want to own it and nothing else.

If you have a programming background, we would also be glad to provide you with tools and resources that could help you make the desired adjustments to your Chart Trader. You may also be able to find an existing script in our free User App Share that has some or all of the capabilities you are looking for.

Here is a basic guideline of how to import NinjaScript add-ons in NinjaTrader 8:

Note — To import NinjaScripts you will need the original .zip file.

To Import:

1. Download the NinjaScripts to your desktop, keep them in the compressed .zip file.
2. From the Control Center window select the menu Tools > Import > NinjaScript Add-on...
3. Select the downloaded .zip file
4. NinjaTrader will then confirm if the import has been successful.

Critical - Specifically for some NinjaScripts, it will prompt that you are running newer versions of @SMA, @EMA, etc. and ask if you want to replace, press 'No'

Once installed, you may add the indicator to a chart by:

• Right-click your chart > Indicators... > Select the Indicator from the 'Available' list on the left > Add > OK

Otherwise, you could contact a professional NinjaScript Consultant who would be eager to create or modify this script at your request or assist you with your script. The NinjaTrader Ecosystem has affiliate contacts who provide educational as well as consulting services. You mentioned you have reached out to 3rd party programmers; if you have reached out to vendors who are part of the ecosystem and they have not responded, I could pass your message on to the appropriate team to let them know you are having a hard time getting in touch with certain vendors. Please let me know if you would like our NinjaTrader Ecosystem team to follow up with you with a list of affiliate consultants who would be happy to create this script or any others at your request, or to let them know which consultants you have tried to contact to no avail.

I have no coding experience and sadly no time to learn.

I see NinjaTrader_ThomasC.

I mean i'm not trying to be rude but that's exactly what I have been doing so this information is no help to me at all.

The fact that I have to sit and browse through like 20-30 websites to TRY get someone to help me code this feels just super annoying.

I will just wait and see if there's anyone who answers or i'll just have to try fix the problem some other way.
