Introducing the 'tiyfOrderLasso' Indicator: Seeking Feedback

Hi everyone,

I am excited to share the latest version of my indicator, 'tiyfOrderLasso,' developed using NinjaTrader version 8.0.28.0 64-bit.

The 'tiyfOrderLasso' indicator introduces a convenient feature that allows users to attach orders of various types (LMT, STP, MIT) to any visible plots on the chart. It offers improved speed and ease of use compared to the existing functionalities provided by NinjaTrader.

Before I officially release this indicator to the entire NinjaTrader community, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in testing its compatibility with the latest version of NinjaTrader. Hello trendisyourfriend,

If any users take up your offer to test this I am sure they will post here as well. If you would like to release this as a ecosystem download please repost this item and its description in the filesharing sub forum and then wait for it to be approved.

One side note is that with all custom items we suggest to keep testing it with each new release to make sure it continues to work as expected. You can always update your existing item if any problems are found by reposting in the file sharing section and including a link to your ecosystem download page.

Nice idea!

Shifitng the modify toward last price made no change - it continued toward the latest price even when disabled? Untieing is an option here but thought you should have the feedback unless I am doing something wrong?
Also 2 improvements
1. If user manually moves the stop it automatically unties
2.the numeric box - if you change the offset after tieing it doesn't alter - might be useful if it did?

One other thought - rather than go all through the moving lines - could the user maybe just specify the indicator in the dialog and then the button could just become a simple attach as it already knows the indicator to attach to?
I pretty much always use the same trailing indicator - and I love the concept of this script.
I will try and see if I can manipulate myself to see if I can get that to work.
