Bypass Dialog on "Remove all drawing objects" , "Close Workspace"

In NT7 I used third party hot keys to always press "yes" when the remove dialog popped up...just one key combo press to delete the objects

Would like to do that in NT8, but the problem is first, the dialog box does not get focus when it pops up.

So, I have to manually move the mouse there and click yes.

( result ... My third party hot keys usually don't work for this in NT8)


I have multiple monitors and often have to move the mouse across the monitors.


I have a request to NT to fix this...to put the focus on pop ups when they are presented


(it is not just this...also Close Workspace dialog does not get focus)

(seems like a very simple fix, but it is now in the request queue of NT....welll....)


SO.....

is there a way for an AddOn to sense when one of these pop up windows is shown, to move Focus there, and to press a button?

What would the code look like?

I am not aware of a way to do that however there is a existing feature request for a way to disable that dialog. I have added your vote, this request can be tracked with the id SFT-2062.

Ok, could you also put in a request that ALL dialog boxes receive Focus, and not only the dialog window, but the tab/focus on the button area?

Surely this has been an oversight of the developers and very easy to fix (inside NT.
