Not able to add parameter to indicator script

Can someone let me know what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to create a parameter "TickOffset". I looked on the "Creating User Defined Input Parameters" page and used the New Indicator wizard to create a parameter, and they look just like how mine does. However, I keep getting the error in the image below. I also added "TickOffset = 1;" to the State.SetDefaults section.

Please disregard this post. I was able to figure it out. Thanks!

      Hello Xiongl80,

Most likely this is not within the scope of the class. It appears to be within the scope of the namespace.

Try moving this to just below OnBarUpdate().
