Volumetric-Delta?

I started using Volumetric indicator on my platform.
After using it for a few days I have noticed that sometimes the maxdelta shows negative numbers
What can cause this to happen?
After reading all the descriptions of the deltas,I thought the mindelta shows how many sell orders are placed and the maxdelta show how many buy contracts have been placed
or am I misunderstanding it?

Hello StankE,

The max delta would be the maximum observed delta which could be a negative number. The delta is the difference between ask and bid. If there was a negative difference and that was also the highest value that would become the maximum value.

This is noted in the following help guide page:

Min delta

The minimum delta seen in the bar (intrabar). This could be positive as well, i.e. a strong up bar with no selling pressure

Max delta

The maximum delta seen in the bar (intrabar). This could be negative as well, i.e. a strong down bar with no buying pressure

Oh crap!!! Was thinkin the delta ment how many contracts has been purchased,,, I need to re read over the descriptions of each delta ,, Thank GOD for the practice/ simulator,,, lol,,,
