Trying to add realtime data with no account.

My workspace has multiple startup charts and I get this error. I have a custom indicator ties to an ATM strategy.

What is the "Best Practice" to avoid this?
I am not able to start a connection as Ninja is locked up.

Exit the platform and hold down the Control key while you re-launch NinjaTrader, then sign in and you should be in safe mode. No custom assemblies should be loaded and you should not be connected. Then, you can fix the issue with your accounts.

If the problem relates to a custom script and is preventing you from starting the platform you may need to remove that script before you can do anything else.

You can access safe mode from the start menu -> NinjaTrader -> NinjaTrader (Safe Mode) icon.

In safe mode you can use the NinjaScript editor to exclude the script or remove it and then restart the platform. You can otherwise use the Remove NinjaScript assembly menu to remove third party items.

As this deals with a strategy you may additionally need to repair/reset the database after removing the strategy. https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...operations.htm
