Strategy issues for NQ vs MNQ

Hey all I seem to be having a bit of an issue with my strategy using NQ and MNQ and Im not sure if its a setting im overlooking or not. As I understand, and I'm not a genius, the MNQ is just 1/10th of the NQ, follows the same underlying. However, my strategy that is profitable on the NQ is red on the MNQ. Could this be a setting issue? Am I misunderstanding something? To add a bit, I have a strategy that makes $100 on the NQ, but loses $80 on the MNQ. This confuses me.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)

Are you running the strategy on realtime data? Or, are you backtesting the strategy in the Strategy Analyzer.

Have you added prints to the script to understand how the script is behaving? Below is a link to a forum post that demonstrates how to use prints to understand behavior.

If you test the SampleMACrossOver strategy that comes default with NinjaTrader, do you see the same behavior occur?
