Hello... looking for a MACD crossover alert for the MACD line and Signal line... not necessarily across the 0 line. Would like so could use audio file and have a visual pop up on screen of the currency pair.

I am not aware of something that is already built for that purpose but you could certainly make an indicator that does that. The visual popup part would likely be best as drawing on the chart, you can technically also pop up an window with some text in it but you need to click OK to dismiss it before you can click anything else.
