Help with MultiTimeFrame DataSeries

Hello, I'm pretty new to ninjascript and have been struggling with the documentaion. What I'm trying to do is load up some multi time frame data series so that I can calculate average ranges. For example, assume Im trading on a 5 minute chart. I'd like to load up the past 14 days worth of Daily bars so that I can calculate an average daily range and plot horizontal lines based on some statistics around the past 14 daily ranges. I've tried using the

AddDataSeries(BarsPeriodType.Day, 1)

in the State.Configure setup, but it seems I'm only getting a couple of Daily bars. How can i load up more data?

Welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

AddDataSeries() is correct.

The amount of days that will load is still controlled by the primary series Data Series window in the Days to load, Bars to load, or Custom Range.

Try setting Days to load to 30 in the Data Series window.

Note, that the days to load will include weekends, which for most instruments will not have data while the market is closed.
