I submitted two indicators 2 days ago and one has since posted but the other one has not. Is there a reason why it is being held up? If I remember it was like 4 lines of code and super simple.

In the Support department at NinjaTrader we would not be able to say for certain why one indicator you submitted was posted and the second one was not posted yet.
It is likely that the indicator is pending review and could be posted after it has been reviewed and approved.
