List all charts in chart windows then all indicators in charts

I have 4 charts in my chart window, I want to list or enumerate all of the charts and then get a list of indicators in each windows so I can access their values from one chart. What is the best way to do this?

Thanks, I would think aggregating values across time frames would be a very common situation. I know you can define the indicators and data series inside the script itself but that seems like you are doing double the processing since they are already on the charts.
