To color only two bars, bull bar and a follow thru bar.

The areas you marked in your screenshot are correct, that's exactly what you'd want to change.

The first thing I did was change all the underline to TwoBarBrush but all that happened was change the name from BorderBrush to TwobarBrush. (1st Pic)

The 2nd thing I did was added back the original BarBrush = BorderBrush; Nothing happened.

3rd thing I did was changed the BarBrush = BorderBrush; to TwoBarBrush and (The color I put in was blue) most of the bars turned blue. (2nd Pic)

When it turned all blue made me think it may have something to do with the 3rd pic, that is, the putting back but changing it to twoBarBrush.
