Can someone help me create this simple quadrant indicator?

Can someone help me create this simple indicator like the one I made on ThinkOrSwim on the pic below?
It takes the HOD and LOD (not including pre market time) and divides it by 4 quadrants.
White dotted lines are for 50% area between HOD LOD.
Blue is 75%
Red is 25%

Give this a try. You can specify the RTH times in the indicator or you can uncheck "DisplayRTHOnly" to apply to the entire data series.

You can click on the indicator and change the plot colors as you wish, one option is to use a transparent color for the plot which will make it invisible on the chart when you apply it. There is no toggle.
