Writing indicator classes?

Are there any video classes or paid tutor classes for learning how to write indicators?

There's a number of indicators I would like to write and also later on I'd like to be able to write automated trade strategies.

I can think of what the logic should be, what I don't know is how that logic must be expressed in Ninjatrader.

Also, remember that writing indicators may be a two-step process.

I mean, NinjaScript uses C# -- in fact, all of NInjaTrader is written
in C# and when you write an Indicator, or a Strategy, or an Addon,
these are just 'plugins' that also must be written in C#.

So, step 1, you need to learn a fair amount of rudimentary C#
before any of the code makes much sense.

Then, step 2, the biggest thing to learn is that NinjaScript is just
a framework, built for you, to support your plugins written in C#.

My point is: learning C# and NinjaScript at the same time is do-able,
but realize these are two completely separate things.

My advice to all freshman:
Start by understanding a Series -- that concept is huge. What
it is, what it does, why it looks like an Array, why it seems to
grow 'backwards' compared to an Array, etc. All critical stuff.

If after a year of trying, I end up throwing my hands up in disappear,
do you know of anyone that you can pay to write simple indicators?

There's existing free indicators that have much of the code I need,
but I really need either a mentor/coach or someone I can just pay to get it done.
