Need help with Draw.HorizontalLine

I am not much of a programmer, I am trying to load numbers from txt file and then plot horizontal lines on the chart. Base on research and trial and error, I got as far as loading numbers using SampleStreamReader_NT8 file provided in older post. But it does not like any sort of horizontal line code. Even if I just copy and paste this line HorizontalLine myLine = Draw.HorizontalLine(this, "tag1", 4361, Brushes.Black); NT8 would not import the ninjascript. Do I need to include any libraries at the top?
