Hi! Would someone at NT be able to revise the attached indicator so that I can use it in the Strategy Builder? 1 for Plot "Average Rising" and -1 for Plot "Average Falling". Thanks!

I took a look at the script and it appears that it already has a plot called Trend which is for that purpose. It reports a 0,1,-1 value. You can select that plot as the Value plot in the strategy builder. To compare against a fixed number you can check if the plot Equals Misc -> Numeric value and enter the target value like 1.
