Keltner Spread

Hello everyone, is there a way to develop an indicator that can plot where the tick counter is, de difference between the middle line of the Keltner channel and the outer line of the Keltner channel, this indicator base on the image attached show the value of this difference in points and should be calculated on each tick, in the image attached this should plot 6.5 point above or under the tick counter value.

I am no a programmer so if you could only tell me copy this and paste it there and it should work, ill be completely grateful.
