Add button to toolbar to change timeframe quickly

Hello,

I thought I had seen a way to add buttons to the toolbar with different timeframes (i.e. 1min, 3min, 5min) to be able to quickly change between them, but can't seem to track it down now. Can you please help?

Second, if I have two charts up of the same symbol with different timeframes, when I draw a trendline on one, how can I have it show up on the other?

I'm not aware of a specific addon that does this, but if you simply click the timeframe dropdown in the top left of the chart window you should see several quick options to change the timeframe:



As far as drawing objects go, are you looking to do this with manually drawn objects or are you talking about objects being drawn from a NinjaScript indicator or strategy?

For manually drawn objects you can specify that they should be global to all charts of that instrument:

Hello,

There is so much space on the chart toolbars,
and it's also so easy to add this feature, buttons on the tool bars to quickly change the timeframe.

I lose 3 times for time to use the drop down menu.

Could you really please ask your development team to add this feature ?

Thanks for your post.

The Interval Selector drop-down menu, seen in post #2, could be used on the Chart Toolbar to quickly change the chart interval to something such as a 500 Tick chart, 5-minute chart, daily chart, etc.

You could configure custom intervals if you do not see the interval you would like to use for the chart.
