How complex is the Indicator ?
Should it be using OrderFlow data or Multi Time Frames, does it need to be tick based ?

I think it is a simple one. I am not looking for free work, but appreciate your willingness and help!

I am looking to show on a chart a thick count difference for highs and lows between the new and previous bar.

This would be a rather complex script to develop as it would involve some advanced programming concepts such as WPF modifications to create/modify buttons in chart trader. This would also likely require custom rendering using SharpDX.
