Get high of macd average over a given number of periods

Can someone please help me get the high of the macd average over a given number of periods?

Thanks for your post.

You can use the MAX() method and use the MACD average series as the input and you can specify how many bars to look back.

This doesn't seem to be working:

max = MAX(MACD(1, 200, 1).Avg[0]);

Thanks for your reply.

Please be careful about saying something doesn't work because there can be many reasons, so if it is generating compile errors then that is one thing or if it is not returning the expected value that would be another thing.

Using a standard macd: max = MAX(MACD(Close, 12, 26, 9).Avg, 200)[0]; // look back 200 bars for the maximum average value.
