Making a Drawing Tool

Looking to make a custom drawing tool but not sure where to begin. Here's what it aims to do. It's basically a rectangle but requires an additional anchor for a slant.

Took a look at the file and the fundamentals are not clear, at least for my level. For now I'll continue drawing them manually. Thank you
