Drawing tool plots

Is there a way to have a drawing tool fib lines create plots?

Thank you for the post.

A drawing tool its self cannot have a plot, you could use an indicator to draw the drawing tool and then access its values. An indicator could use plots to replot the drawing tool values.

when price bars touch orange line and are below it the candles turn orange, when inside the lines the bars are neutral color and when they touch and are above green line the candles turn green?

Hello Jtizz,

I am not certain what you are asking about the colors, are you asking how the code for what you pictured works?

A drawing tool works differently than an indicator so it would be difficult to convert the code from drawing tool into an indicator. You would instead just draw the tool using the indicator if you wanted to re use that code from the indicator.

A plot will always cause the chart to scale with it if auto scale is enabled. You can turn autoscale off if you didn't want to follow the indicators plots.
