Custom SuperDom column slow

I have a custom superdom column that has roughly 1000 drawrectangle calls, 500 drawtext calls, and 1000 drawline calls. This needs to update on every book update; bid, ask, and last. Currently this is very slow, is there a more efficient way to buffer these drawings and draw them all at once? The 250 ms default buffer is too slow. Thanks.

With the SuperDOM everything is custom rendered in OnRender(), but unfortunately the render pass speed cannot be changed.

As far as efficiency goes, objects should be created and destroyed in OnRenderTargetChanged(). Below is a link to an example of efficient rendering.
