    How could I do so that the lines are cut in each period ...

      Hi Elonk, thanks for writing in.

      The only way around this would be to custom render the pivot lines to hide this up/down edge or set the PlotBrush index to Brushes.Transparent when an up/down edge is detected:



      Notice the original pivots only displays the current value of the pivot plots to avoid showing the up/down edges. If the historical plot were to show it would also display this way, it's just the way plot rendering works by default.
