Error on triggering custom event

I'm getting an error

Error on triggering custom event for NinjaScript 'xxx' on Bar 35: Access is denied

I've copied the custom event code from the documentation. It seems to work first time, but this error seems to happen on the second time it is called.

Bar 35 is a using statement, so I assume this is a red herring.

Do you have a sample of what you are trying to do? Are you using a timer like the help guide sample or what specifically did you code?
