It would not be possible to transfer an indicator from MetaTrader 4 to NinjaTrader. The MetaTrader 4 indicator would need to be converted to be used with NinjaTrader.

If you would like to convert the indicator to use with NinjaTrader, my advice is to start by creating as much of the script as possible in NinjaTrader 8 using the Indicator Wizard (New > NinjaScript Editor > right-click on Indicators folder > New Indicator). This will create the framework of the indicator.

I've included some educational resources on C# and creating indicators from the NinjaTrader 7 help guide. NinjaScripts are different between NinjaTrader 7 and NinjaTrader 8, but the concepts are still relevant.
