Create "Table" Using NinjaScript

I want to create a Footer for a chart that is tabular. As an example, if I have a 30 minute chart, I would like to create a footer that lines up under each 30 min bar that looks like this:

Session Period A B ...

Bid Volume 10 20 ...
Ask Volume 20 30 ...
Total Volume 30 50 ...
...

I know that there are tools that provide this, but this is a heuristic , and coding this up would be helpful to me. It looks like a table to me, but I don't know if NScript handles data that way. I'm not looking for coding suggestions, just how to approach setting like the above up.

You could get the x value with ChartControl.GetXByTime()

Then you could draw a vertical line there..
