Add text on top of the plot values

In my indicator, I have a plot values.
Values[0][0] = value.

However, I want to add a text on top of it to show what is the value of it.
I know there is some kind like draw.text

But I want to on top on the line.
Even if I make the y-value on the draw,text.

If it goes to others plot, it still may falls middle of the lines .

What I want is to create a standardize text price that will always on top of the plot values without intersect it.

You can find a sample of adding plot names in the following user app share indicator. You could use that as a starting point to use the values instead of the names or change the positing as needed.
