indi reading another indi

I have 2 indicators on my chart and i want indi #1 to read a variable value from indi #2. The variable from indi #2 is a bool.
These are 2 separate indis on the same chart so I don't have any of these indi's hosting the other one.
If indi #2 isn't on the chart then indi #1 would just read something like null.

Also, it needs to work with multiple chart tabs and multiple chart windows.

Is it possible to do this and if so can you provide an example or snippet of code?

This would be possible by using a .txt file and writing data that other indicators can read:

Another way would be a property changed event to signal the property change to subscribers of the event. I have an example of doing it here:
