Could not save indicator to chart template

When I save a chart containing a custom indicator "IndicatorXYZ" onto a chart template, I have the following error message in the Log;

"Could not save indicator 'IndicatorXYZ:' There was an error reflecting type 'NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.Indicators.IndicatorXYZ' .

In addition, if I do a "Duplicate in New Tab", the duplicated chart does not contain "IndicatorXYZ". I have checked the Properties section of the script and it looks OK.

I shall appreciate some guide on how to resolve this issue.
